My experience of the benefits of training clients in methods that develop mindfulness led me many years ago to develop a four-week mindfulness and insight meditation course. This was initially to support clients both current and former. As more clients and other students attended multiple courses it was clear that students were ready for more and Saturday afternoon practice periods were born. The natural evolution of this meditation practice calls for more practice, as the method leads the student into greater clarity and insight, with the attendance at a retreat then often becoming the next step.
