Mindfulness Meditation Workshop Melbourne

FEBRUARY 17 & 18, 2018

Vipassana (Insight) meditation is the development of understanding or “insight” through the cultivation of mindfulness. Mindfulness means observing with clarity. As mindfulness is practiced it brings stillness and composure, reducing the confusion inherent in our typically reactive relationship with life experiences. Building skill in mindfulness reduces judgement and enhances responsiveness, resilience, integrity and discernment. Ultimately, insight meditation develops the art or skill of living intelligently with compassion.

Saturday Feb 17, 12.30pm – 2.30pm & 4pm – 5.30pm (Open to all including absolute Beginners)
Sunday Feb 18, 12.30pm – 5.00pm (Open to Experienced practitioners/ those who have worked with Lynne previously Includes meditation, group interviews, afternoon tea break)

Venue:  Yogaville Yoga Studio 21 Gilbert Rd, Preston West 3072 (next to Menuki Hairdresser)

Cost: Both Days $205. Saturday only $125. Sunday only $105
